We have launched as a co-host to guarantee the tourist tenant experience during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games .
We support owners of real estate (apartments, lofts, houses, villas, residences, chateaux, castles) on platforms such as Airbnb, to enhance the value of their accommodation and optimize its profitability and visibility. Our activities consist of short-term rentals duration of accommodation for transient customers.
We work mainly for landlords, but also for tenants, especially companies that prefer to book/rent private accommodation (Large Apartment, Villa) rather than hotels or apart-hotels. It is a trend for the latter to rent for several employees on the move (corporate mobility, professional events, etc.).
The headquarters is in Paris. We will be present in Lille, Lyon, Nice, Munich, Batumi (Georgia), Rome, New York and Austin by the first quarter of 2025.
