We are looking for freelancers and fixed-term/permanent contracts for our short- term rental activities for transient customers.

With the regular increasing number of new diverse properties in the portfolio, we need to grow part of our local and international teams on the model of the GEIE - European Economic Interest Grouping.

We make reservations and manage real estate on platforms such as Airbnb but not only, either as a co-host or in professional subletting which is completely legal as the Guestbeez agency has a specific main tenant contract.

Sales Assistant

  • You will be the first welcoming smile from the agency to our clients

  • You will be responsible for the quality of the customer experience, right up to the support provided by the real estate advisors.

  • Your goal will be to streamline your agency's activity and facilitate the work of the entire team.

  • Thanks to you, the agency will be a pleasant and professional place to live

  • You will contribute to the creation and control of rental and transaction files

  • You will contribute to the creation and control of rental and transaction files

  • You will ensure the maintenance of registers and dashboards, essential for monitoring commercial activity.

As the central point of the entire team, you are also responsible for centralizing, coordinating and circulating information within the agency, with the GIE and with Guestbeez France.

Three main missions:

  1. Prospecting methodically:

    • You expand your portfolio by searching for properties for sale

    • You make contact with the inhabitants of your area and animate your network using all the appropriate prospecting techniques: door to door, emails, letter mailing, teleprospecting, direct contact

  2. Being the link between sellers and buyers:

    • You get the sales mandate, exclusive as much as possible!

    • You are promoting the assets in your portfolio

    • You organize sincere and rewarding visits to properties

    • You find a buyer at the best price for the seller

  3. Accompany the signature:

    • You mediate and advise the parties in the negotiation to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.

    • You accompany the sale until the signing at the notary

    • You contribute to the development of your agency's turnover!

You represent the Guestbeez brand, the agency and its services during your external exchanges. You participate in the life of the agency, the group and the network.
You work in collaboration with all the members of the agency and in particular a sales assistant and the director.
